Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been cleared. Once processed, your order will be packed and shipped on the following business day. During holidays and promotional events, we make every effort to maintain this schedule and ship your items as quickly as possible.

Tracking & Support

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can always reach us by email or call us during normal business hours.

Shipping Restrictions & Ground Freight

Due to carrier policies and safety regulations regarding hazardous materials (such as pepper sprays and stun devices), restricted products ship via ground transportation and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
