Welcome to Self Defense Keychains (SDK). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Age Requirement & Legal Compliance

By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any products purchased from SDK comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. Regulated Items & FFL Transfers

Certain products offered on our website—including regulated firearms and serialized frames or receivers—are subject to federal restriction. Non-face-to-face sales ship only to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for a licensed local FFL dealer to receive the shipment and conduct required background checks.
• Valid FFL documentation must be emailed to tkdefense@gmail.com before regulated orders will be processed for shipment.
• Orders placed for items that are illegal in your state or municipality will be canceled and subject to applicable restocking fees.

3. Orders, Pricing & Billing Disclosures

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. You may cancel an order up until a shipping label is created. Orders containing items shipped directly from a distributor cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.

Billing Statement Descriptor: All sales will appear as SDK or Self Defense Keychains on your credit card or bank billing statement.

4. Shipping & Returns

All shipping schedules, delivery guidelines, restricted product freight rules, and return options are governed by our official Shipping Policy and Return & Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability & Use Assumption

SDK sells defensive tools, personal security equipment, and accessories. By purchasing from SDK, you assume all risk and liability associated with the handling, storage, possession, and use or misuse of any item. SDK shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or legal actions resulting from product use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
